Rosemary Heights Central is a neighborhood present south of the Nicomekl River, north of Titman Creek, and east of Highway 99. It shares its borders with Rosemary Heights West and South Surrey. In addition to a river, it’s home to rare wetland habitats and many fish-bearing creeks.
The neighborhood is served by two excellent schools—Morgan Elementary and Rosemary Heights Elementary School. Both parents and kids love these schools and recommend them to others. Like most other neighborhoods in Surrey, there are numerous parks here, including Rosemary Heights Park, Blumsen Park, and Morgan Creek Park.
The housing here is a mix of condos and townhouses, and you can find nursing homes, a nail salon, an eyebrows bar, a yoga instructor, and even a retirement community for the elderly. The neighborhood is very close to the Morgan Creek Golf Course, which also has stunning views, so can have a great time spending a day there.
