One of the neighborhoods within the Grandview Community is North Grandview Heights, which lies at the most northern end of the community. To the north of this neighborhood is Rosemary Heights, while the rest of Grandview Heights is present to the south.

It’s largely residential and is characterized by huge areas of single-family lots, but you’ll also find a few apartments and townhouses. The main school here is the Sunnyside Elementary School, which parents really like. The neighborhood also has a number of parks, including Mountain View Park, Wills Brook Park, and Greenridge Park.

Services you might occasionally need are also not far from here. There’s a car wash, plumbers, home builders, a health and beauty shop, and even an assisted living facility in the area. You can also find bakeries and small eateries. The sense of community is also strong here and events often take place at the Kensington Prairie Community Center.

Other points of interest include an antique store and a 19th-century logging railway bed, which is a historic landmark.
