Campbell Heights can be best characterized as a big employment area to the southeast of the city, right along the border with Langley. Most of the land here is used for industrial uses and a business park, which means there are lots of employment opportunities here for a growing workforce.
The highlight of the neighborhood is a high-quality business park space that capitalizes on the mesmerizing views of Latimer Lake, golf courses, mountains, and parks. Since this is largely a commercial area, there’s no surprise that there are lots of corporate offices, warehouses, and suppliers here. There are also small businesses, wineries, and distilleries in the area. You’ll also find a few cafés dotted in the area to serve the growing workforce.
Near the outskirts of the neighborhood lie a few farms and pumpkin patches, along with produce wholesalers and fruit and vegetable processing facilities. There’s also an equestrian facility and numerous creeks throughout the neighborhood that add to its beauty. The Campbell Heights Biodiversity Preserve and numerous plant nurseries are also present in the area.
